The Story
Coach Alexander is a youth development professional with 15 years of experience working alongside young people and the organizations that serve them. He founded Odyssey Early Learning & Development, LLC out of a lifelong dream: to do work he loves, on his own terms, in service of the young people who matter most to him. Odyssey was built on the belief that sports, athletics, and education aren't just activities — they're venues through which youth and young adults discover their strengths, build lifelong skills, and learn some of life's most important lessons.
As an adopted child, a father, and a girl dad, Coach Alexander brings lived experience to everything he does. He has spent his career coaching, mentoring, teaching, and speaking — meeting young people exactly where they are and helping them see what's possible. He holds an Associate's Degree in General Studies, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration & Organizational Leadership, and a Life & Wellness Coaching Specialization, and is an American Red Cross Certified Water Safety Instructor and CPR/AED Certified.
Off the clock, Coach Alexander is someone who finds meaning in the quiet things — the stillness of a spring morning, the first rain of fall, the beauty of the natural world. He is someone who, by nature, sees the light and love in every person he meets. That quality, more than anything else, is what makes him the coach he is.
