The Odyssey Philosophy
Every session includes real athletic movement — running, balancing, throwing, kicking, agility, and direction change. We build genuine skills, always with fun as the priority.
Short, age-appropriate lessons about nutrition, hydration, sleep, and self-care are woven into every session. Healthy habits start young.
Teamwork, coachability, perseverance, and a growth mindset aren't just words here — they're practiced and modeled every single day.
A Typical Session
First 15 minutes. Dynamic movement to get bodies warm and minds ready. Every kid arrives and immediately becomes an athlete.
Coach Alexander introduces the week's skill, demonstrates it, and guides kids through practice. Different every week.
The skill comes alive in a real game or challenge — relays, obstacle courses, team games. Always exciting, always safe.
We slow down, stretch, and close with a brief wellness lesson. One topic, one story, one takeaway.
Full Summer Calendar
Each week centers on a new movement theme. Activities and the order of events are planned with intention — and we always honor the natural flow of each day.
