The Support

Seeing Your Child as a Whole Person

As a Developmental Disabilities Personal Support Worker (DD/PSW #881976), Coach Alexander provides one-on-one support built on relationship, patience, and genuine respect for who your child is. Support starts with understanding — their strengths, their interests, how they communicate, what helps them feel regulated, and what they're working toward.

Every child is met exactly where they are. The goal isn't to change who they are — it's to help them feel safe, supported, and able to grow, while partnering closely with your family and care team every step of the way.

How Coach Alexander Supports

What Support Can Look Like

🤝

One-on-One Connection

Building trust and rapport at your child's pace — warming up over time, and showing up consistently as a steady, caring presence.

🌿

Regulation & Sensory Support

Learning your child's sensory needs and the tools that help them regulate, and recognizing the early signs they're becoming overwhelmed.

💬

Communication & Connection

Meeting your child in whatever way they communicate best — verbal, written, AAC, or non-verbal — and honoring how they like to connect.

🎯

Working Toward Goals

Supporting the goals that matter to your child and family, and coordinating with your child's therapists, teams, and care providers.
